As a Sales Associate, you’ll support the Sales teams and act as a key point of contact for customers by phone and email. You’ll handle enquiries, process orders, take payments and respond to straightforward questions about stock availability, delivery updates and basic product guidance. You’ll also work closely with operations and logistics to resolve issues efficiently and keep customers fully informed. This is a busy, varied entry-level sales role with structured training and a clear progression route into Sales Executive as your product knowledge and confidence develop.
You don’t need experience in renewable energy to succeed here. This role is ideal for someone with at least a year of experience in a product-focused, fast-moving environment where you’ve supported trade or business customers, managed orders and dealt with stock or delivery queries. If you’ve worked in a wholesaler, distributor, builder’s merchant, electrical or mechanical supply business, this could be a very natural next step. It’s also a strong opportunity for an organised administrator or account/order coordinator who manages customer accounts and wants to move into a more commercial, customer-facing career path. You’ll be comfortable on the phone, confident building rapport, detail-focused and motivated to learn a new product range in a growing sector.
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + Bonus + Profit Shares
You’ll join an enthusiastic, down-to-earth team where your work makes a visible difference and your development is taken seriously. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support, with exposure to technologies and tools that are rapidly shaping the future of energy. Alongside a salary of £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience, you’ll have access to a bonus structure and longer-term profit share opportunities. If you want a genuine stepping stone into renewable energy sales with clear progression, strong support and real career upside, this is an excellent place to start.
