Strong proficiency in software and tools (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, Plangrid) and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience leading projects up to $10,000,000
Decision-making skills for selecting personnel and subcontractors for specific tasks and jobs to meet deadlines and budgets
Must be able to work on feet for prolonged periods of time while using tools and perform repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping
Customer-service skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as customers and inspectors
