Technical Product Support Manager

Description

• Champion the launch and growth of new products, ensuring swift client approvals and contractor adoption
• Identify future R&D opportunities and support trials for innovative products
• Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues, influencing decisions with fact-based insights
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams to deliver profitable, market-ready solutions
• Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, Key Contractors, and National Contracting teams to secure long-term supply deals
• Drive innovation and profitability in a role that impacts national and regional strategies
• Promote Tarmac VAPs at industry events and contribute to client communications

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of Aggregates & Asphalt products and testing methods
• Computer literacy and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to influence through reasoned, data-driven arguments
• Membership of relevant industry bodies
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
• Experience with Quality Assurance systems and production processes
