The Regional Sales Manager – BRUSH Power Generation is responsible for driving commercial growth and strengthening customer partnerships across the West Coast (Arizona, California, Washington, Oregon). This role serves as the primary commercial point‑of‑contact for BRUSH Power Generation products and services, including generators, synchronous condensers, motors, and power management systems, and is accountable for regional revenue growth and strategic pursuit of power‑generation opportunities.
Key responsibilities include leading commercial strategy and account leadership, developing targeted campaigns to increase sales within existing power plants, and building trusted relationships with end users, channel partners, and key influencers. The manager will oversee complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes, manage proposal development, and ensure competitive, high‑quality offers that differentiate BRUSH solutions. Customer engagement, business development, and cross‑functional collaboration with pricing, quoting, marketing, and aftermarket service teams are essential to drive pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Strategic planning and market expansion are also central to the role, requiring the creation and execution of business development plans for both established and emerging markets, and supporting Baker Hughes’ broader expansion program. Success demands strong commercial leadership, the ability to motivate teams and influence senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in selling generator/motor services to Oil & Gas, utilities, or industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and has demonstrated experience in aftermarket services sales, analytical pricing, and forecasting. Leadership of small teams, excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency with CRM tools, are preferred.
Baker Hughes offers flexible working patterns, including remote work and adjustable hours, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that features private medical care, life and disability insurance, financial programs, and a 401(k) plan. The company emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and employee well‑being, investing in development, engagement, and recognition to enable employees to bring their authentic selves to work.
