Degree-level education or 5+ years’ experience in a relevant discipline.
Proven experience in building maintenance and compliance planning and delivery.
Strong track record of successful project delivery and change management.

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Project Management qualification desirable.
