Repairs: Address any breakdowns or malfunctions in equipment to minimize downtime.

Experience in a repair shop involving paint and coating repair; experience with fill and fair of surfaces
Ability to stand for extended periods of time during laboratory experiments and battery assembly.
Wear of proper PPE under all hazardous conditions
Associate degree (unrelated field) AND 1+ year of relevant experience in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, control systems, or a related area OR
Military AND 1+ year of relevant experience in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, data entry, purchasing, with control systems, or a related area OR
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, lab coats, safety glasses, and respirators as required
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience in a manufacturing or painting operation
Equivalent experience
Ability to work in a laboratory environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High School Diploma or equivalent AND 2+ years of relevant experience in fast growth manufacturing or machining environments, data entry, purchasing, with control systems, or a related area. OR
Bachelor's degree (unrelated field) OR
Experience with spray coating and/or cast coating polymer systems
