MBP is seeking new team members for growth opportunities and to work on meaningful projects that support the community. The role is based in Vienna, Virginia and targets experienced professionals with extensive background in business operations, management, facilitation, and organizational structure. Candidates with strong construction management experience and strategic planning involvement are especially desired.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have extensive experience developing business models, overseeing business operations, leading leadership development, and managing at a corporate level. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities, along with strong verbal, written and presentation skills, are essential.
