Serve as the primary point of contact for all leasing functions, partnering with the VP of Leasing to set vision and strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with field teams and market leadership to ensure alignment, clear communication, and consistent execution of sales-driven initiatives that drive the leasing business.
Execute strategies to optimize leasing workflows and drive performance. Build and maintain reporting on leasing functions as requested. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build reporting tools in Tableau, Yardi, and Salesforce to track results and support continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to stay ahead of market conditions and exceed goals
Collaborate with corporate departments such as Marketing and Legal to provide input and support implementation of changes relative to leasing & renewal functions.
Participate and drive execution in technology initiatives across all technology verticals for leasing initiatives. Lead execution of any deployment or ongoing daily management of leasing technology.
Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting leasing and property management, and when changes are implemented for Invitation Homes, provide updates and details on necessary policy and procedure adjustments to ownership.
Support field office leadership with obtaining approvals, when required for items related to Leasing such as promotions/incentives.
Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and field offices to ensure consistent implementation of leasing and renewal strategies and initiatives. Provide actionable insights to leadership and field teams to accelerate results.

Five or more years of experience in the field of property management
Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and reporting platforms.

Proven success in sales leadership, preferably in real estate or property management.

Comprehension of federal fair housing laws, fair credit reporting and any applicable local housing provisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, and copier.
Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
Must be proactive, self-directed and highly motivated.
Yardi or similar Property Management software experience required.
