  • Prepare and present insights through clear, compelling presentations and reports tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of commercial KPIs and business performance metrics to ensure relevant analytics delivery.
  • Build intuitive, user-friendly, and interactive scenario models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate business questions into actionable insights using data modelling and visualization techniques.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across regions and cultures in a virtual environment.
  • Clean, merge, and manage structured and unstructured data to create robust and scalable analytical models.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers.
  • Support business leaders in identifying and evaluating new analytics opportunities.
  • Develop end-to-end analytics solutions in Power BI, from data ingestion to visualization and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand commercial goals, challenges, and data needs.

  • Proven ability to communicate and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including remote stakeholders.
  • Strong command of DAX, SQL, and working knowledge of Python for data transformation and automation.
  • Experience integrating data from SAP systems in EXCEL/POWER BI.
  • Experience working in a culturally diverse and cross-regional team setting.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Strong grasp of performance tuning and optimization techniques for data pipelines.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and guide strategic decisions through evidence based insights.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including building advanced dashboards and DAX based measures.
  • Exposure to data governance, data cataloguing, and analytics process automation
  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
  • Familiarity with integrating data from ERP/CRM systems like SAP, CRM,.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Prior experience in commercial or sales analytics, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or Retail domains.
