- Implement equipment changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and upgrade processes and equipment, including variant changes.

- Hold an engineering degree in an electrical or electronic discipline.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

- Communicate fluently in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Be conversant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 standards.
- Experience with SAP and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
