Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced House & Land Coordinator to join our Clarendon Homes team in QLD.

If you have a background in residential estimating and site cost management, this could be your next career step.

  • Strong knowledge of QLD building regulations, council planning codes, and developer guidelines
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
  • Loan Market Elevate – expert financial solutions to support our customers’ property journeys
  • Clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to identify constructability issues in plans and applying site requirements
  • Proficiency with Framework software
  • 5+ years’ experience in residential sales estimating (volume builder experience preferred)
