strip and rebuild kiln car refractories
repairing the steelwork and main frame of the kiln cars
conduct running repairs to fleet (such as wheel lubrication)
record materials usage & maintain stock records
maintain minimum levels of refractory blocks

Youll be fit enough to perform your duties, which are varied, and sometimes physically demanding.
Flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team

Ability to read fabrication/engineering drawings
Basic welding/fabrication experience
