An understanding of strategic procurement/buying practices.
CIPS or RICS or CIOB accredited degree or equivalent is desirable.
Experience in M&E building services is desirable and/or experience in Procurement or a Commercial role.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong time management.
Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Highly methodical with a systematic approach to tasks.
Act as a category specialist across projects, ideally drawing on experience in construction or building services.
