JLL provides professional services in real estate and investment management worldwide.
As a Facilities Coordinator – Operations you will act as the Site Manager’s trusted right hand, handling all facilities‑related activities on‑site. Your day‑to‑day duties include routine inspections to verify that building processes and best practices are followed, as well as administrative support such as front‑desk service, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination. You will also be responsible for meeting key performance indicators and service‑level agreements.
You will work closely with clients and suppliers to address facility enquiries, ensuring consistent messaging and courteous, enthusiastic responses. Building strong relationships and creating “wow” experiences by anticipating needs are central to the role, and you will occasionally assist with vendor procurement and budgeting. Effective communication and prompt issue resolution are essential to uphold client satisfaction.
Workplace safety and risk management are core responsibilities. You will maintain health‑and‑safety procedures, support risk‑management programs, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans, and follow escalation and incident‑reporting protocols. Ensuring a safe, risk‑free environment protects both occupants and the organization.
