Develops and utilizes the Project Delivery Matrix to identify scope and technical interfaces across multiple contract and multi-discipline design work packages.
Coordinates and collaborates with the Stakeholder Management Team to ensure that all necessary approvals or permits from internal and external Stakeholders are obtained in a timely manner, mitigating risk to the Project schedule.
Participates in the design, development and modification of civil/structural/MEP components and processes utilizing relevant Project procedures.
Leads and supervises the performance of the customer’s design consultants in the timely production of interface documents to the expected standard of quality and ensures that the REH Interface Management process is followed.
Analyzes problems with conflicting design requirements, sketches ideas and possible solutions.
Assists in the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs for proposals, forecasts, and change orders.
Provides assistance to project and construction management in identifying and complying with project requirements and in addressing issues as they arise during project execution.
Analyzes and reports on the suitability of unconventional materials, techniques and/or difficult coordination requirements.
