What you would be doing

Creating & drafting of Sales Information Memorandum’s for corporate sales as well as land sales.
Support in the marketing of the team within the sector and provide business development initiatives to increase revenue streams for the team.
Deliver high-quality advisory services to our existing client and new entrants to the market.
Collaborating with the wider internal teams to increase cross selling across the firm.
Maintain internal databases and financial data to support future modelling.
Underwriting / financial modelling of potential sales and acquisition opportunities for clients across the UK in line with sector benchmarking and comparable data.
Work closely with existing operators and external investment managers to source investment opportunities.
Sourcing, negotiating and execution of self storage transactions across the UK (site acquisitions, site disposals, M&A and JVs).

Operational / Alternative asset experience is key.

We are looking for candidates from newly qualified to AD level, ideally from a valuation or alternatives background, who are now looking to move into a brokerage environment.

A strong communicator to develop a profile and network within the market to assist with market knowledge and business development opportunities.
Full clean driving licence.
A real estate degree and/or MRICS qualified, with 1–4+ years post-qualification experience.
Provide a highly analytical approach with exceptional attention to detail and strong excel skills.
Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of market drivers.
Experience in an alternatives real estate sector or from an alternatives valuation background.
Willingness to travel across the UK.
