Spicerhaart is one of the UK’s most innovative estate agency groups, combining the largest independent residential sales and lettings network with one of the biggest integrated financial service businesses in the country. As an early pioneer of the one-stop shop, we have developed services encompassing mortgages and insurances, conveyancing and surveying, as well as property management, land and new homes’ sales, corporate sales and property auctions.
As a Lettings Negotiator you will market properties, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and secure new tenancies while generating leads through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet drops. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, supported by a mentor throughout your development.
Successful candidates are passionate, ambitious, driven and possess strong communication and customer‑focused skills. You must have a manual or automatic UK driving licence, access to a vehicle less than ten years old and provide business insurance proof; the role also follows an Armed Forces Covenant and includes terms regarding training cost reimbursement if you leave within 12 months.
