- Build and strengthen relationships with hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation clients.

- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required).
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, redundancy planning, commissioning integration, and mission‑critical delivery requirements.
- Proven leadership of complex, cross‑functional planning efforts.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mission‑critical, data center, or highly technical building environments, with emphasis on early‑phase planning, preconstruction, or pursuit strategy.
