The Workplace Change Management Lead will drive workplace change management and business‑unit engagement to support regional programs and major projects, helping employees transition into new spaces and environments. The role requires influencing and managing strong relationships with senior management and across the organization to achieve strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing global change‑management strategies, conducting readiness assessments, overseeing major program implementation and move communications, partnering with technology and AV teams, coaching senior leaders, creating feedback‑to‑action loops, curating digital content, and monitoring timelines while mitigating risks.

Qualifications: 10 + years of change‑management execution, implementation or strategic planning experience; bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred); experience with workplace strategy, design, planning and ADKAR methodology; proven ability to influence senior executives; strong project‑management, collaboration, presentation and communication skills.
