The Workplace Change Management Lead will drive workplace change management and business‑unit engagement to support regional programs and major projects, helping employees transition into new spaces and environments. The role requires influencing and managing strong relationships with senior management and across the organization to achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing global change‑management strategies, conducting readiness assessments, overseeing major program implementation and move communications, partnering with technology and AV teams, coaching senior leaders, creating feedback‑to‑action loops, curating digital content, and monitoring timelines while mitigating risks.

• Develop and execute global workplace change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments and track adoption metrics.
• Oversee major change initiatives, including project and move communications.
• Partner with technology, AV, and other functions to deliver cohesive communications.
• Coach senior leaders on change leadership and facilitate business‑unit engagement.
• Implement feedback‑to‑action loops and provide ongoing neighborhood health support.
• Curate digital content for workplace success initiatives.
• Monitor implementation timelines, flag risks, and design mitigation tactics.

Requirements

Qualifications: 10 + years of change‑management execution, implementation or strategic planning experience; bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred); experience with workplace strategy, design, planning and ADKAR methodology; proven ability to influence senior executives; strong project‑management, collaboration, presentation and communication skills.

Key competencies are executive presence, strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, adaptability, leadership, and business acumen, enabling the incumbent to command respect, develop innovative solutions, and guide cross‑functional teams.

• 10+ years of change‑management execution or strategic planning experience; bachelor's required, MBA preferred.
• Experience with workplace strategy, design, planning, and ADKAR methodology.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage cross‑functional stakeholder alignment.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated executive presence, strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, adaptability, leadership, and business acumen.
