Contract lifecycle management. Oversee all stages of contract development, negotiation, and execution with clients and contractors. Provide ongoing support to project teams with contract-related questions throughout each project.
Document management. Develop and maintain standard processes for contract management to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper document storage.
Legal support. Assist with reviews of legal documents as needed.
Additional contract documents. Draft legal agreements as needed, including but not limited to hold harmless and indemnity agreements, master subcontract agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and claim releases.
Training. Assist with Risk Management Department training and provide contract-related training for operations teams.
Stakeholder communication. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, project managers, executives, and contractors regarding contract documentation.
Bidding and procurement. Contribute to the bidding process by reviewing proposed contracts and making revisions as needed.
Risk and dispute resolution. Proactively identify and address potential issues, including contract breaches, and prepare risk analysis for the Director of Risk Management and project teams.
