Produce high-quality engineering outputs including drawings, calculations, reports, and schedules
Deliver innovative mechanical design solutions for clean water and wastewater projects, from concept to detailed design
Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth
Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams

Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
Professional Qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
Knowledge of clean water/wastewater design principles, equipment selection, and treatment processes
Strong background in water or related industries

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and self-motivated
Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
Leadership and mentoring experience
