Make a difference, protect lives, and achieve your dreams by building a career with an industry‑leading fire, life safety, and security company. The Fire Sprinkler Project Manager oversees fire sprinkler service projects from inception to completion, coordinating field technicians, liaising with clients, ensuring code compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include developing project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets; monitoring progress; ensuring compliance with NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and safety standards; coordinating material procurement and subcontractor scheduling; and maintaining accurate records such as service reports and inspection forms. The manager also supports sales efforts, handles billing, promotes a safe work environment, and provides training on new systems.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of fire protection systems, proven project management experience, and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing multiple service projects—including repairs, maintenance, retrofits, and inspections—while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Qualifications require a minimum of three years of fire protection experience focused on sprinkler systems, with project‑management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) highly desirable. Preferred credentials include NICET Level II or higher in Water‑Based Systems, proficiency with project‑management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceTrade), and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Benefits include competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, company‑paid life insurance and short‑term disability, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation and holidays, training and career development opportunities, eligibility for the ALL In Ownership Plan, and a company vehicle when applicable.
