Master's degree
7+ years total professional experience in product management, engineering, or project management, with at least 4 years in product management for hardware+software solutions.
3+ years in robotics, automation, or autonomous machinery, ideally in construction, agriculture, or manufacturing.
Excellent communicator who can bridge technical details and business strategy.
Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, robotics, industrial engineering, or related field)
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance for heavy machinery and autonomous systems (OSHA, ISO, CE Marking).
Direct exposure to large-scale solar power plant construction (utility-scale EPC, developer, or technology supplier), including knowledge of racking, module installation, site preparation, and commissioning.
Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, controls, software, AI/computer vision).
Proven track record of taking industrial or field-deployed products from concept to market, including pilot deployments, iterative design cycles, and scaling to production.
Demonstrated change management ability to drive adoption of robotics in conservative, high-risk industries.
Skilled in data-driven product decisions, including business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and performance KPIs.
Comfortable working in the field with customers, operators, and construction crews, as well as in the office with engineering and executives.
Strong grasp of B2B industrial product lifecycles - from concept validation through launch and after-sales support.
Ability to translate field operations needs into clear technical requirements and prioritize for maximum ROI.
