-Build strong relationships with owners, councils, contractors, and key stakeholders. -Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company processes. -Provide operational and governance support to Councils of Owners. -Collaborate with dedicated administrative and trust support teams. -Lead standard Strata Manager duties including AGMs, meeting minutes, levy recovery, and financial reporting.
