

TEiC provides industrial construction, maintenance, and project management services.
Key responsibilities include walking down work scopes to develop estimates and proposals, writing RFQs, and managing contractual risk during the proposal phase. The Engineer assists in creating and updating execution plans and schedules (e.g., Primavera P6), develops rigging plans, coordinates PE stamps, tracks progress in Ineight, and issues purchase orders to subcontractors and vendors. Additional duties involve managing subcontractors and material delivery, ensuring timely submission of project documents, and acting as the interface between engineering teams, craft employees, and customers to resolve issues and meet expectations.
Applicants should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and possess strong knowledge of construction means and methods for power‑generation maintenance projects. Essential skills include decisive problem‑solving, strong interpersonal abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience managing the full project life cycle. Candidates must be willing to travel and live remotely for up to one month and complete OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety Training (or within 30 days of hire).
