Manage budgets and resource allocation for engineering projects.
Evaluate and improve engineering processes and methodologies.
Prepare or direct preparation of calculations and designs.
Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent within the team.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility, and an understanding of market forces pertaining to fees, scope and schedule requirements.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification required.
Excellent communication and people skills
10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and technologies
