Additional duties include managing the applicant tracking system, supporting candidate sourcing initiatives, and representing the company at recruitment events when needed.
We are seeking a highly organized, process‑driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep complex hiring processes organized, ensure smooth operations, and support the team with accuracy and efficiency at SCS Engineers. The role involves providing essential administrative support to keep recruiting activities running effectively, including preparing job requisitions, coordinating interview logistics, managing post‑offer documentation, and maintaining accurate data. The position is based at the Long Beach headquarters with a hybrid schedule (minimum two days in office) and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferred, at least one year of HR, recruiting or administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
