- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
- Generate L&M business and ensure timely completion of all activities as per the contract scope of work.
- Work with Johnson Controls (York) products and other JC controls products.
- Handle major medchanical/electriucal, Instruments & technical cases for York chillers.
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance of York chillers.
- Attend to breakdown complaints and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead technical efforts in expanding the existing service business and creating L&M opportunities for growth.
