- Review work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure correct components are picked and assembled
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to align kitting operations with broader goals
- Use ERP or warehouse management systems to track and manage kitting workflows
- Identify process improvements and implement lean practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Train team members on kitting procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure kit accuracy and completeness
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to procurement or inventory control
- Maintain accurate documentation of kitting activities and ensure compliance with company policies
- Supervise and coordinate kitting associates to meet production schedules and quality standards

- Team oriented with excellent communication skills
- Two to four years of experience in kitting, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems as they arise
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, BOMs, and instructions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
