  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to align kitting operations with broader goals
  • Use ERP or warehouse management systems to track and manage kitting workflows
  • Identify process improvements and implement lean practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency
  • Train team members on kitting procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure kit accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to procurement or inventory control
  • Maintain accurate documentation of kitting activities and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Supervise and coordinate kitting associates to meet production schedules and quality standards

  • Team oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Two to four years of experience in kitting, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems as they arise
  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams, BOMs, and instructions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
