This is an established and warm Architecture desk that has been part of CGC for over 10 years. It boasts a strong candidate network and existing client base that has been nurtured and well maintained. We’re looking for someone who can continue to grow the desk and become a leader in the field
You’ll be reporting to an Associate Director and have multiple career pathways available. This is a 360-recruitment role, with a strong focus on business development, client relationship building, and long-term account management.
Established Desk, 10 yrs within the business
- Strong client engagement and business development skills

- Experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Architecture of closely related field
