A high school diploma or GED is the preferred minimum formal education for this position. College/trade school courses in construction management preferred.
Spanish-English bilingual skills desirable.
Two or more years of work experience in a Framing/Drywall Foreman position (e.g. Scheduling, ordering, field supervision, safety, and production) over framing/drywall trades on medium or large projects.
Five or more years of field trade work in construction (drywall preferred). Experience in the government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
OSHA 30-hour Certification and EM-385 preferred; Training can be provided.
