The Maintenance Helper assists with painting, general upkeep, exterior duties such as snow removal, lighting and garbage handling, and serves as the first point of contact for facility concerns. Additional tasks include participating in company meetings and attending in‑service education programs.

Candidates should hold a post‑secondary certificate in a skilled trade or have equivalent experience, with at least one year of relevant work in electrical and mechanical home operations. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment, and a commitment to safety are essential.
