The position will focus mainly on the design of public and higher education spaces, including parks, campus design, trails, and green stormwater infrastructure. We are seeking a Landscape Architect and Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience to join our landscape architecture team in the Philadelphia office. In addition, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years in the construction administration phase of projects. The candidate must have significant project management experience through all project phases ranging from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation and administration. The candidate must have the ability to provide solid technical expertise and advice, perform redline reviews of design drawings at all stages of design, with an emphasis on construction detailing, final design and documentation, be comfortable reviewing and editing technical specifications, and providing input on construction budget estimates. The ideal candidate will also be fluent in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign, and may need to assist with document production.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and InDesign
  • Landscape Architecture License active for Pennsylvania
  • 5 years Construction Administration experience preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • 10 years minimum design experience
  • High degree of enthusiasm to join a multidisciplinary team of landscape architects, engineers, and planners who strive to improve our local communities through design

This is a full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
