Assist in the preparation and review of audit PBCs and requests.
Assist in the performance of quarterly controls around inventory counts at all applicable locations. Some overnight travel may be required. Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Review monthly general ledger transactions and make corrections as needed to ensure proper internal and external reporting.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts Payable, Property Accounting, and Inventory and Cost Accounting across multiple locations.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods and internal policies related to the expense or capitalization of Company expenditures.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA a plus).
Eight years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
CPA preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and expense management tools (e.g., Concur, Workday) a plus.
