Description

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies, including water heater, faucet, tub, and toilet replacements.
• Perform drain cleaning and operate conventional sewer machines safely.
• Provide cost estimates, educate customers on sewer inspection, and protect all equipment from misuse.
• Complete plumbing evaluation forms, minor tasks, and submit potential job leads to the sales department.
• Accurately record time cards, inventory sheets, service invoices, and maintain a clean company truck.
• Participate in weekly training, special classes, seminars, and one‑on‑one coaching for continuous development.
• Conduct routine residential plumbing maintenance and build client relationships through strong communication.
• Follow quality and safety standards on all tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high‑energy environment.

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and basic plumbing knowledge.
