Description

Specify specialist ROV tooling that may be required to support Saipem projects
Provide technical support to ongoing ROV offshore operations as required
Become familiar with and maintain awareness of Saipem’s current requirements and where applicable, the latest Industry Codes and Standards including statutory rules and regulations
Preparation and writing of technical documentation for remotely operated subsea equipment, eg: Operating Procedures and Operations & Maintenance Manuals
Provide technical assistance to Commercial Departments during bid preparation from a ROV interfaces point of view
Review Project installation procedures to ensure practicality and efficiency from a ROV operations point of view
Ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk
Determine ROV tooling required to support operations and advise Saipem Projects on all aspects of ROV interfaces.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in a manner consistent with Saipem’s policy on health, safety, quality and environmental matters in accordance with Saipem specific procedures
