- Experience with data analysis tools like Pandas, JMP, or excel VBA
- Currently earning or recently graduated with a Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstratable experience with at least one professional or academic project encompassing a complete CFD analysis including preprocessing, model setup, and result interpretation
- Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027
- Experience with at least one Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tool like Fluent, Icepak, or Star-CCM
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
