PLM Admin and Systems Integrator

Description

• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security in coordination with IT
• Plan and execute on upgrades and patches of Teamcenter
• Administer and maintain Radiant’s PLM system, Teamcenter
• Resolves complex issues in coordination with other teams across the company
• Develop and maintain integrations between critical business systems; manufacturing execution systems (MES), etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLM system issues, working with vendors and internal teams to implement timely fixes and enhancements
• Develop custom Teamcenter/NX tools and integrations to enhance engineering efficiency
• Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct user training to maximize PLM adoption and proficiency
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to translate business processes into effective PLM configurations and workflows
• Develop Teamcenter and Active Workspace customized reports

Requirements

• Ability to work from Radiant’s office in El Segundo, CA (greater Los Angeles) full-time
• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years minimum experience
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and integrations
• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
• Proficiency in at least one PLM system (Teamcenter preferred)
• Familiarity with CAD data management, BOM management, and change control processes
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.
• Experience supporting ERP and CAD preferred
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing workflows
