Description
The Client Care Specialist delivers exceptional customer service that reflects Ward PH&A values, ensuring every interaction exceeds customer expectations. The role requires instilling confidence, converting inbound call opportunities, and resolving concerns about scheduling, rates, and more.
- Respond to incoming customer requests courteously, offering appointment windows and lead times.
- Engage in outbound contact to secure scheduled calls and club memberships needed for service operations.
- Communicate via phone, text, and email to provide client care.
- Follow the Customer Care "Call Script" for quality and efficiency.
- Maintain daily call counts to meet quotas.
- Keep customer database information complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date.
- Renew club memberships and schedule preventative maintenance appointments.
- Coordinate with Dispatch to schedule service calls and brief technicians with accurate information.
- Perform administrative duties to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist team members to achieve department and company goals.
- Manage conflict resolution with clear communication, addressing concerns promptly.
- Report service issues to leadership to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Participate in all company‑sponsored training classes.
- Maintain a courteous demeanor and professional image with approved apparel.
- Adhere to performance, ethics, safety policies, and procedures.
- Work 8‑hour shifts on day schedule with weekend availability.

This full‑time or part‑time position offers a salary of $17.00 – $20.00 per hour with bonus potential, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Candidates must be able to work 8‑hour day shifts, including weekends, and will undergo pre‑employment criminal and motor vehicle background checks.
