Monitor compliance with quality standards, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Issue Notices to Rectify for identified defects and conduct follow-up inspections within appropriate timeframes.
Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, briefings, and updates on implementation progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and training.
Review, update, and enhance Quality Systems with consideration for commercial feasibility and practical application.
Audit work in progress through regular and targeted site inspections.
Support the training and development of Site Supervisors in collaboration with Construction Managers.
Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Produce and distribute Technical Bulletins to update divisions on construction methodology, ensuring best practice and adherence to statutory building standard updates.
Attend sites, on request, to inspect specific issues raised by clients and provide feedback to Divisional Construction Managers.

Skill in conducting and interpreting audits and reviews.

Mix of office based and site-based work (3 days per week in the office)
Current Driver’s Licence
Experience in qualitative risk assessment, development and monitoring of risk controls.
