Regional Business Development Manager

Description

• Expand existing client relationships to further support the growth of THP and its partners.
• Gather market intelligence to support strategic business development initiatives and target ideal client opportunities.
• Develop new client relationships to enhance the awareness of THP in the marketplace and create new revenue streams that enhance growth.
• Develop and manage the regional business development plan to support the long-term sustainability of THP.
• Coordinate staff to execute the regional business development plan and deliver a consistent THP value proposition.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a varied audience.
• Experience working with CRM databases.
• 4 to 7 years of industry-related business development experience.
