Salary is determined based on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. For Cleveland, OH the range is $185,000 – $250,000 plus benefits and a retirement program. Gilbane provides a competitive total compensation package that includes health and welfare benefits, a generous profit‑sharing/401(k) plan, and continuous investment in employee education.
