The Health Services Coordinator position at The Bluffs at Hamilton Hill works the Fri‑Sun shift (9:00 am‑5:30 pm) and supports the health services team through administrative and clinical tasks directed by the Director of Health Services. The role focuses on preserving resident dignity, promoting independence, and following MBK policies and service plans.
Key duties include conducting resident assessments, drafting and updating individualized service plans, providing medication‑technician support, checking vital signs, performing basic nursing functions, managing inventory, coordinating prescription orders, and acting as a liaison with families and external health providers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Applicants must hold an active RN, LVN, or LPN license, have at least two years of related experience, pass background and health screenings, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong computer, communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
