Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks.
Rotates in other work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, stakers, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
Packs finished product for shipment.
Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices.
Must have proficient English reading and writing skills and be able to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions. High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
Regularly exerting up to 20 lbs of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Standing for sustained periods of time.
Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
Bending body downward and forward at the waist.
