Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across various industries.

Remote - This role will work from home and be out in the field meeting with customers, prospecting and networking in the Metro Areas of Minnesota/Iowa.
Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities.
Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals.
Develop strong relationships with manufacturers of modular buildings, as well as sub-contractors for transportation, installation and service.
Contract review and interpreting purchase orders, verifying quantities, prices, and delivery schedules, and ensuring all details align with contract terms.
Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries and track project progress. Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the project life.
Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Ensure all customer requirements and specifications are documented and met.
Prepare reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on customer quotes, specifications and special requests; meet minimum entry requirements daily.
Build trust by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.

Valid Driver’s License
Demonstrated experience working in a process driven environment.
Knowledge of AI as it relates to prospecting, customer management and the overall Sales process is a plus.
3+ years sales experience.
Demonstrated skills in project and time management.
Effective time management and able to work in a process driven environment.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Proficiency with various computer programs including Microsoft Suite, Internet and other customer databases.
Prior experience in construction or other related industries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
