The Global Product Director, Parts & Aftermarket leads the global product strategy for parts, aftermarket attachments, and accessories at Genie, a Terex brand. This role holds full accountability for product portfolio performance, including P&L ownership and market growth, and collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to drive channel expansion and enhance customer experience. Travel up to 30% and work across global time zones are required.
Key responsibilities include leading global strategy with go‑to‑market plans and P&L results, driving initiatives to expand channels and improve ease of doing business, and conducting monthly operational and strategy reviews. The Director develops product roadmaps based on customer insights, market trends, segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial data, creates value propositions and sales training content, and manages, mentors, and develops the team. Additional duties involve partnering with operations planning, supporting internal product issues, contributing to the SIOP process and capital investment planning, staying current on competitive products, identifying differentiation opportunities, and prioritizing projects based on impact and resources.
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a master’s degree in business preferred. Candidates need experience in a similar role within a global manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of business financials and P&L management, and excellent English communication and presentation skills; additional languages are beneficial.

Compensation features a salary range of $175,000‑$210,000 USD (adjusted for location) plus a performance bonus.
