Prepare project exhibits.
May be required to perform design computations, earthwork calculations and prepare complete construction plans.
Prepare and detail plans by analyzing sketches, notes and other input material to determine the best approach for the completion of drawings.
Work from sketches to produce computer-generated graphs, charts, overlays and isometric drawings including digital terrain models and surfaces.
Prepare CAD files for authorized media release to external parties / agencies
May be required to calculate quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates.
Coordinate details and dimensions between drawing sheets.
Work with numerous project teams to help in project completion.
Create and setup plan sets.
Adhere to Health and Safety program and all applicable SOPs.
Preparation of fit lists.
Prepare conceptual layouts with parameters provided.
Determine and calculate stormwater drainage areas and steep slope areas.

Experience in site/civil, land development, and/or municipal engineering drafting preferred.
Conform to the company’s standard CADD procedures for layering, etc., and standard drawing procedures for sheet layout.
2-4+ years of related experience.
Address assignments of increased difficulty as proficiency is increased.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent; Associates Degree or a Certificate from a technical school, preferably in AutoCAD.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
