- A persuasive communicator—you can negotiate, inspire, and win buy-in across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience effectively managing direct reports and leading teams
- Must include five (5) years of managing projects
- Valid Driver’s License
- A strategic thinker and doer—equally comfortable in the weeds of project execution and in the boardroom influencing clients.
- Strong financial acumen and experience translating strategy into measurable financial results
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox

- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Experience overseeing large-scale projects totaling a minimum of $5 million
- Must have experience managing Electric Transmission and/or Distribution projects
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in the Right of Way industry (utilities, energy, infrastructure)
