Perform plant maintenance, repair, and installation tasks.
Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Work would include, but not be limited to, replacing electrical components, motors, installing belts, tightening nuts and bolts, adjusting, and aligning rolls and rollers, replacing defective parts.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair work on AC and DC motors and controls.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Repair and maintain machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdown problems.
Inspect, test, and operate machinery and equipment prior to releasing to manufacturing.

Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
Ability to navigate via PLC operation sequence, I/O information, and instrumentation feedback (preferred).

Ability to read blueprints and machine control schematics.
Basic machining and welding skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a group.
