Frequently lifts equipment weighing 25 pounds.
Occasionally assists lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 75 pounds. If employee fails to follow appropriate safety procedures, there could be exposure to cuts, bruises, shocks, and strains. May be required to wear a respirator.
Conducts physical COSIS inspections daily ensuring items are ready for issue or needs of preservation to avoid degradation, corrosion, damage, Shelf-Life expiration, and other deficiencies caused by improper storage or handling methods.
Repackaging of material and items in stock.
Tracks material expenses, determines budgetary requirements, and drafts memorandums annually.
Manages inventory of packaging supplies periodically to ensure they aren’t depleted.
Tracks certification and training dates of personnel conduction COSIS inspection.
Keying completed COSIS inspection forms into SRDP.

Valid State Driver's License without restrictions.
Basic motor skills to manipulate packaging material
Must comply with OSHA, EPA, installation fire prevention regulations, and published company work rules.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Three years' of warehouse experience.
Three years' of packaging inspection and repackaging experience.
Work requires standing, climbing, bending, and occasionally working in cramped and awkward positions.
High School Diploma/GED.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn government portals and documents
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Monthly inspects MOP 50 Long Life Reusable Containers (LLRCs) are received with a serviceable condition humidity indicator and100% of the hardware properly installed.
Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen.
Hard hat and protective footwear required for long periods.
